I think you will find it is a BRA top Arista so that when she hit the other side she would be prepared for the heat, most would have put some kind of shirt over it so she is obviously craving attention

I dont know how she could compare it to the guy wearing a vest top and shorts, if she was wearing those she wouldn't have been asked to cover up either
