Wanted a pay rise to match the other judges

Hated the scandals and became embarrassed by them

Didnt like how it became the Bruno Show

Didnt like Craig's spats

Didnt like the fact she was being forced to dance when she is a ballet dancer not ballroom

Didnt like the Pros becoming really famous

We knew Len was leaving in advance and his replacement was signed and announced by now.
