Varies.
6 /7 hours through the night, with a few wake ups. Sleep quite a bit through the day as well. Normally asleep by 2 hours after getting up, then a couple of hours afternoon or even8ng, or both. |

I used to sleep like 3 hours or less a decent amount of the time after writing an essay or something like that the night before lol... Now I can't do it anymore. When I sleep only 5 I feel awful the next day

Go to bed at 11pm and wake up at 5am so 6 hours although I discount half an hour from that each night for when the kids wake us up by coming into our bedroom
