I don't think so myself - personally I've been aware of him putting across the gist of what he said, but I do think it would be better if he was spot on and clear about what he meant to avoid accusations like this. I'd have to see a couple more arguments where he's involved to decide fully. Based on his talk in the DR shown in the highlights last night, most of these arguments he just gets dragged into and doesn't want to be a part of anymore anyway. Which words exactly did he twist of Charley's? I can't really remember.

i cnt remember fully but she was goin on bout not goin in the garden n he was talkin on top of her. i fink he was tryin to sort fings out between em but he wasnt letting her explain.

I thought he was being nice trying to sort things out so there wasn't a bad atmosphere around the house. Just like any guy would be hes fed up of all bitching thats been going on with the girls.
