good god us being odds favourite really got me being sooo arrogant

if Arcade was in 80's 90's eurovision contest we would win, bc it was more about the song than now

i guess the complete package is more important

Australia, Sweden, and too some extent Iceland (if juries don't destroy them completely) can be contenders, based on great vocals, great performance

Israel last year, well Netta just stood out performance wise while vocally she was awful i thought

The Iceland love baffles me, it’s awful, literally just noise and people being edgy for the sake of being edgy, I hope they do something political and get disqualified

not true, song wise it could be a winner, but eurovision isn't only about the song anymore

its now more about the combination of good performance and good singing, and something standout

which we saw in Ukraine 2016 strong message, own language and powerful singer Jamala, or Portugal 2017 which had that something special with own language, well performed ballad, Israel 2018 was weird, experimental, and a crowdpleaser to many

i deleted those posts bc i felt like i came over too arrogant and condescending towards other countries their songs

my realistic prediction for top 10 would be

1. Sweden
2. Australia
3. Iceland (mostly there on televote)
4. Azerbaijan (due to a fairly good running order draw and it being a bop with a good vocalist)
5. Netherlands (top 5 is possible for us since we still have a good song)
6. Switzerland
7. Serbia
8. Italy
9. France
10. Russia (mostly on jury vote)

Also I need to watch the second semifinal. But that should be easy cause I only care about the competing songs and the results.

Iceland would be a spectacularly weird winner for a spectacularly weird year for Europe. Here for it.

I’m gutted Malta is on first because it’s a bop.

maybe, i don't know, and i wouldn't be super mad if we didn't win

i am curious what Graham Norton will say about our entry, his comments for the performances i usually love every year also a reason why i watch the final on BBC1

I'd do that. I think Eurovision live is so much fun.

Plus you can come talk to all of us staying in and watching it too
