My number one choice would be Layla Moran but she said she isn't doing it.

Failing that, Jo Swinson and failing that, Ed Davey.

I would vote for at least 3/4 of our parliamentary cohort though.

Layla would be my choice.

Not that awful Jo Swinson, she does my head in just with her voice.

The way things are going with Tories and Labour, the Lib Dems would easily be part of another coalition in 2022 (I think that's when the next General is?), even possibly as the larger party. They need to pick someone great to represent the party, and promote the heck out of them.

I have joined the Ed Davey band wagon. Love both though.

Can't wait to vote!

Yes he seems the best
as he was in power 2010 - 2015
Conservative - Liberal
something I predicted well before.

Jo Swinson took Ł14,000 Donation From Fracking Company

[The Lib Dem leadership content is so firmly
in the Tories’ shadow that even Ed Davey is
writing op-eds about the Tory race rather than
the one he’s competing in himself. Meanwhile his rival Jo Swinson has been busy doing
a Gove-style hypocrisy tribute act by taking Ł14,000 in donations from a fracking boss
while claiming to have “campaigned tirelessly” for the environment.

Many wont vote tory at the next election, many wont vote labour. If brexit hasn't happened it will be the lib dems and the brexit party getting the seats, if brexit happens, it could easily be the lib dems in charge
