This morning i was very angry to come across a site that is stealing my pictures, editing them and putting them on as him own, i know this becuase the names they are saved under are the same, im not sure what to do if anyone can help that would be great, The way he makes them look differnt is by stretching the pic to get rid of sky vote sign (below) thanks

It's an awquard situation really, because no-one owns the copyright to the pictures - apart from C4.

We are allowed to use the picture on websites, as long as we don't say that they are ours and no-one can use them.

What I do, is put a message saying that the pictures take a long time to capture, and if anyone would like to use them please ask permission first and that will be fine....

This series, 3 sites have emailed me and asked if they can use 4/5 pictures. I let them, and just ask for a link back - which they agree too.

What website is using the pics you captured?

http://www.icefm.org.uk/bigbro.htm thats the site, its not very much, but it just annoyed me that he didnt ask and then lied about taking them , after about an hour he gave in and removed them so at the moment everythings alright, thanks v much mark
