Of course they are. Aviva always planned this when they took over Norwich Union and changed the name. They're a MASSIVE employer in this area, I know loads of people who work for them. They're only "overstaffed" because now people do their own admin when they buy insurance online... so Aviva doesn't have to pay so many staff, our insurance continues to go up year on year but their profits are increasingly bigger.
