I've never heard of the Heaven and Earth show, Alasdair. Which channel is it on and what's it about?
....and was Mel just a guest or is she likely to be on every week? |

The Heaven and Earth show is a programme on Sunday morning on BBC 1 about religion and moral issues and anything else they can find to complain about and Mel was on it holding newspapers, talking about abortion and then they said "thankyou for joining us Mel" and she said, "o.k." and i'm sure it was Mel.

10 o'clock on a Sunday morning's a bit early for me!
  I've had a gander at the Radio Times website for details about this programme, and they appear to have a couple of guests on each week, one of who takes a look at the week's news. .... so it COULD have been Mel that you saw doing the news review. Anyone else see the programme? |
