Default Ideas to try to help struggling teams?

Me and my family were having a discussion about Bolton and Bury yesterday and we were discussing how Sky Sports don't air a lot of League One and League Two matches, and my Brother thinks that Sky Sports don't show a lot of games from those leagues due to pulling in less viewers (which is probably true) so my Brother suggested that Football should adapt a similar system to what the US Sports do where you can pay for a subscription package to watch any game that you want. As he rightly pointed out it wouldn't really be possible to allow Football fans to watch every team in existence, so he came up with the idea that people could pick upto 30 teams for fans to be able to subscribe to for the season, and the money that you pay to subscribe to the Football package goes to the 30 teams that you've chosen to want to watch throughout the season, every month you have to renew your contract so that extra revenue keeps going to the teams of the customers choosing.

Basically I will do a demonstration of how it would look based off of my family's household and which teams at least one of us likes/wants to financially help them.

Mainland European teams and Icelandic teams can be selected if you wish to do so.

1. Birmingham City (for obvious reasons)
2. Aston Villa (because my Dad supports them)
3. Tamworth FC (our local team)
4. Tottenham Hotspur
5. Man Utd
6. Chelsea
7. Liverpool
8. Bury FC/Phoenix club Bury
9. Bolton Wanderers
10. Charlton Athletic
11. Rangers
12. Celtic
13. Motherwell
14. Gretna 2008
15. Leicester
16. West Brom
17. Wolves
18. Walsall
19. Rhyl FC (to help out a Welsh team from the Welsh leagues)
20. West Ham
21. North Ferriby FC
22. Notts County
23. Coventry City (I always like Coventry teams in Sports)
24. Solihull Moors
25. Hartlepool United
26. Arsenal
27. Real Madrid
28. Atletico Madrid
29. Valencia
30. Malaga

I know that there's a few things that would have to be ironed out if this plan were to go ahead, but it is an interesting idea and it could help more struggling clubs get more money revenue than what they get from Sky Sports not necessarily airing matches from your Bury's and your Bolton's.

And if you don't like this idea, then what would you do going forward to try and help stop teams in the future from going under?

And I know that this is another thread to do with Bury and Bolton which I apologize for if anyone is getting irritated with it, but it is a serious Football matter that should be addressed, and hopefully will be addressed by the Football Governing bodies.
