Default Should judges be more neutral and fair to contestants

For a while now going back a few years the judges have started being tactical in their scoring and some of the comments they make on couples dances at times are not fair to all contestants. As the competition progresses it continues so they can tactically score and hopefully guide who they see as the best dancers to the final. I think the public are seeing this with some surprises in the dance off this year.
Time for the producers to revamp the scoring and make judges scores for guidance only and it's the public who decide. Only say judges would get would be in the dance off.
