Joseph James Rogan is an American stand-up comedian, mixed martial arts color commentator, podcast host, and former actor and television host. Rogan began a career in comedy in August 1988 in the Boston area.

He has some interesting guests on his podcasts, so I'll catch a few episodes here and there.

I'm not really a fan of MMA so don't have an opinion of him from that side.
