I agree with what you're saying to some extent Dezzy.

This Election is basically vote on what bothers you more out of mass Immigration or the mismanagement of the NHS. Sadly I think that people will vote more based on the former than the latter.

Exactly it's ridiculous how badly Labour gets treated

Why didn’t they simply use an actual flamin’ nurse in the first place ?

It can’t be that difficult to find a disgruntled one ...

Why not get one of the troll nurses from Facebook used to discredit the story of the little boy on the floor of Leeds general infirmary ? ?

So shall we have everyone in crippling debt, or just the NHS?

Basically nothing has changed since the 60’s ... they all promise the earth and more , one of them gets into power ... fails to deliver on all those empty promises

Just repeat when and where required.

The number of A&E cases seen has TRIPLED in the last few years ... how is that the fault of the tories ( or labour for that matter ) ?

Well it's both of their faults for not limiting population growth tbh.

It's harder to get a doctors appointments, people are waiting till their condition is acute before seeking help?
People with recognised contitions are being found 'fit for work'.
Poverty is causing 'heat or eat' issues like malnutriton and hypothermia.
The homeless brought to A&E for various issues including mental health problems.
Addiction issues arising from poverty.
Stress, depression and suicide attempts.

There are many reasons, those are just a few I can think of off the top of my head.

Yes but there’s no way any party can cope when the hospital cases are tripling in as many years ..

Not 10% or 30% but 300% increase in demand ..

One of the main problems is the increasing number of geriatric patients who clog up beds as they dont have anywhere to go - cant go home and there are no places at care homes so they stay in hospitals and the number is growing

I have no respect for people who do themselves, and by extension, people around them, harm through ignorance.

Clutching your pearls in faux outrage is not an argument against what Kizzy is saying.
