"good Samaritans" came forward

been left in random locations in

have been leaving the money

I mean I understand the motivation but if an addict finds £2k in a bag, they're probably going to be dead a couple of days later. Just a thought .

If you want to anonymously help a community... fund things like modernising playparks, clean-up efforts and other local amenities.
