little recapping me about last nights launch show

they were split up into 2 houses

Glass House, luxury

Cabin, back to basics (with chickens in the garden section)

and it was revealed both houses are connected and they can see each other

Glasshouse are: Cathleen, Denny, Gina, Mac, Maria, Michelle, Philipp

Cabinhouse are: Cedric, Mareike, Pat, Rebecca, René, Tim, Vanessa

Tim originally started in glasshouse, but lost the duel against Denny so they swapped places

This season is extremely important for the future of BB in Germany. First regular BB in almost 10 years (apart from one season on a very small channel in 2015).
Ratings are not promising tbh, I just hope they stick to it and keep it running for the 100 days this season is supposed to last. Good though. Almost no influencers, all "normal" people with real occupations. Started somehow slow but they do a great job of cutting interesting conversations so it feels like you know most of them already. On day 3 the confrontations started and there have already been nominations so it's shaping up just nicely.

There are two houses: one cabin-like which is supposed to be an hommage to early seasons (no outside contact, chickens etc.). The other house is the exact opposite. Glasshouse with daily ratings by the public and comments made about the housemates. Very interesting to see the reactions and have the regular BB-concept played out next door.

Shopping Budget

Week 1
On Day 8, it was revealed the housemates completed the first part of their shopping task successfully, which was to build a firewood box all week. The second part of the shopping task was played live where three housemates: Rene, Cedric, and Vanessa had 30 minutes to chop wood to fill the firebox. The housemates failed to chop all the wood in 30 minutes, and only earned 50% of the shopping budget, 150€ for the week.

Week 2
On Day 9, Blockhouse housemates received their weekly task. Housemates must create their own soap with the materials provided. Big Brother has set a number of soaps they need to make which will be revealed at the end of the week.
On Day 14, Housemates earned only half of their budget after failing to follow the recipes provided to make the cosmetic products.

Week 5
On Day 30, in the Blockhouse it was revealed to the housemates the weekly task. They had to hold a big Egg, with only one hand for the whole day. They won the task for 100€.
The second weekly task was Menowin had to lose pounds. He lost 6 Kilos. The housemates won candies and chocolates.

Week 6
The Blockhouse housemates had to milking a cow. They lost the Weekly Task.
Menowin continued to lose pounds, so that all the housemates in the Blockhouse can eat sweet. He lost 3 Kilos.
