I bet LT is one of those men you stand behind in the queue at the bank who thinks no one can see him have a cheeky crack scratch and that's on day 1 of that pair of jeans.

How often should you wash jeans? It's fine to wait weeks — even months, experts say

Jeans come in all manner of styles, but there's a divide among jean-wearers as to how much to wash them.

If you're washing your jeans after every wear or two, you're likely washing too much. At least, that’s what multiple designers and experts from denim brands tell USA TODAY.

The fabric on denim is thicker than a T-shirt, and you're (hopefully) wearing a
layer of underwear beneath your jeans. Concerns about bacteria are likely
unfounded: In 2017, a student in the University of Alberta wore jeans for 15
months straight, and they contained the same bacteria levels as they did
when he wore them for less than two weeks.

But the reasons are manifold: It’s better for the environment, it keeps jeans
looking good and less faded for longer, and, most importantly, it reduces
laundry.

A report issued by Levi's in 2015 says that washing jeans every 10 wears
"instead of every two times reduces energy use, climate change impact, and
water intake by up to 80%." Levi's CEO Chip Bergh even confessed to not
putting his jeans in the washing machine for over a decade.

LT knows what's up

I don't understand why not wear jeans/trousers or shirts for days in a row if they're not actually dirty. If you wear underwear there's no reason why they would smell either unless you're sweating every day

I think this thread has highlighted that both Marsh and TS must have acute sweat-related Thrush in the balls area and need a full arse sack and skin pencil rub down with Canestan DUO

Well I never said wash them every day

I think the thread has highlighted that LT is one of those fellas I used to get in the bookies who would come to the counter behind someone a bit whiffy, then make jokes to the staff about "what a smelly bastard that guy was", not realising that they're the king of smelly bastards themselves.

you've (thankfully) already admitted to changing your Y-fronts daily so this doesn't even make sense.

Jumpers yes wear them twice or more but if you wear the same pants more than twice that's a bit weird, you shed skin and hair daily and you sweat, as does everyone. No offense but I bet you smell like when you first open a packet of smart price ham and it makes you gag
