The Nisour Square Massacre, Blackwater operatives basically went into a town, fired weapons and grenade launchers at civilians and killed at least 14 people.

Two children, two women and ten men. Blackwater was not attacked or provoked, there weren't insurgents to blame. The mercenaries simply fired on the people and had since been convicted of murder and manslaughter (although, if someone commits an act that is known henceforth as a massacre, convicting them of manslaughter feels wrong).
