All these polls of these tiny cross sections of people, yet when it comes to the ballot boxes over the past 2 years, democrats have been over performing and winning in the vast majority of states, Trump is going to campaign on anti-trans laws and a national abortion ban, both have been proven to be losing strategies across the country

Absolutely. In 2016, Trump was way behind in the polls and won, and every election since then, including a couple just this past week have swung in favour of dems. They even won seats in deep red Kentucky on the back of the restriction of womens health car by R's.
