Trump gaining on Biden. Knew this would happen after the Harris VP appointment!

Sure odds don’t actually mean anything? It’s just a reflection on who people think will win?

They got it wrong last time, they wont get it wrong this time. If his odds are shortening, that means a lot.

Nope!

I was astounded it only had 50k views, being 18 months old n'all.

Im not a fan of Trump, but if it was the other way round that video would have been covered by mainstream media and gained millions and millions of views by now.

You can never count out stupidity, sadly. There are lots of morons in the US who will disregard everything that's happened in the past four years. I've seen so many morons link to pictures of derelict buildings and be like 'this is a future under a democrat president!' when it's a picture from the past four years...

As long as he keeps being a racist piece of ****, other racist pieces of **** will cheer him on regardless of how his reign has affected them thus far because these people will cut off their nose to spite their face, they don't care what they lose just as long as the other side has it slightly worse.

People like that shouldn't be allowed out without a responsible adult.

Are you saying every person this election (and in 2016) who will/have vote for Trump because they're racist?

Yes, anyone who votes for Trump in this election after four years of wanton corruption, racism, stupidity and incompetence from Trump is a racist because at this point, they're only voting for him because they feel like he validates their hatred.

I'd give some of his voters in 2016 a pass for being dumb and gullible and realising their mistakes too late but anyone who would support or vote for him now after everything that has happened is a racist.

a lot of people voted for trump in 2016 because they didn't like Clinton, they could easily have the same opinion about Biden, nothing to do with racism

The reason trump won the last election is because the dems support was far too lazy or sexist to vote.

I think the main reason Trump won the previous election was a combination of Clinton being so weird and dislikeable, along with "Joanna and Cletus" wanting a change from horrible Establishment hacks. If you cut Hillary in half, all the demons that power her would escape it'd say ESTABLISHMENT right through the middle like a stick of rock.

Biden is another living embodiment of the Establishment, so it depends what page "Joanna and Cletus" are on regarding that sort of thing. Bernie could easily steamroll Trump tbh. But Biden? If he can manage to string a complete sentence together he might do well in debates, I guess.

To say or think the only reason anyone would vote for Trump is because they're "racists" is a bit naive and childish tbh.

..it’s interesting why people vote, I think...I do think that prejudice was a factor with some Trump votes...but I’m not sure that it was mostly race prejudice ...it’s true that Hilary wasn’t a great candidate...(..as Biden isn’t either...)..so it’s easy to pick valid flaws in terms of them as a potential President as well..with Hilary, though...she is also female...so I’m not sure that some voters just didn’t see her as a leader in a politically more male world as well, Trump was their MAN...Obviously there are females in that world, but relatively few compared to males....and was that a factor for voters as well...still an ‘ist’ but a different ‘ist’...it’s a complicated thing really...because there are many reasons why Biden wouldn’t be a great choice either...and so far as I’ve seen her, Kamala Harris hasn’t really gripped me as a choice for VP/...her political history so far and abilities etc...but is that why this may have been ‘..a step too far and that will maybe lose it for Biden..’...or is it because she’s a female and scrutinised much more closely, possibly...

...that’s a genuine pondering...

Nah, plenty of people don't like Biden, myself included but that doesn't mean they'd vote in a racist maniac again. The only reason why people vote for Trump after four years of his reign is because they like his racism. There's absolutely no other reason to vote for him.

In 2016, that excuse was fair enough because people didn't know how bad he'd truly be but if anyone still votes for Trump in 2020 then they are validating his racism and likely support it.

People who support and vote Trump now are simply racist.

Hillary won the popular vote so you're wrong there.

Can you spoil ballots in the USA? That'd be best option from those two.

if it's a choice between someone who is hell bent on destroying democracy or someone who already served for 8 years, I know which I would pick, even if I didn't like either of them

That would essentially be a vote for Trump. The more people that don't vote or that waste their vote, the better Trump's chances are.

This isn't a case of both sides being as bad as each other, there's one clear worse option here so I truly have no time for false centrism when the choice should be clear.
