Default Run the Jewels - The Yankee and the Brave (RTJ4 surprise-released today)

Run the Jewels have shared a new song called “The Yankee and the Brave”—a taste of their forthcoming album RTJ4.

The duo was slated to hit the road with Rage Against the Machine on the band’s spring reunion tour, but some of those dates have been postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. In early March, RTJ appeared on Rick Rubin’s Broken Record podcast. They recorded Run the Jewels 4 at Rubin’s famed Los Angeles studio Shangri-La as well as New York’s Electric Lady.

Run the Jewels issued their most recent album, Run the Jewels 3, at the end of 2016.
