yes hairdressers are open here, 2 days ago before midnight, people were already making reservations basically

they need to stick to social distancing rules, however face masks aren't a must (some can wear them if they'd feel more safe with) but they must ask if people have been in any risk areas or show any of the symptoms and then they can refuse these people if so

but yeah people here feel great now their hair can be done again

basically same social distancing measure they are looking into applying for restaurants, bars but nothing official of that so far, just a leak by RTL news if people say they got any of symptoms, or been to risk zones restaurant/bar owners can refuse them from going in

yeah and?

our daily numbers had been proven to be going down

our OMT (outbreak management team) had given green light based upon studies, that hairdressers could reopen under social distancing measures, if it becomes too crowded it is the hairdresser his/her fault basically, everything goes via appointments over Phone, with exact dates and time schedules

schools could partially reopen with 1.5 metres distance between kids and teachers (kids among each other does not matter that much since it has no huge effect on children in general but not to have any close contacts with teachers or any other school employees to come near the children)

outside sports, recreational sports exercising in parks is allowed now (maximum of 10 people at a time, and with 1.5 metres distance from each other)

my government knows what they are doing LT, if it would've been too soon the OMT would've said so either we are closely comparing and monitoring our statistics alongside denmark, Iceland and they have shown this sort of easing down measures is possible

How anyone can think hairdressing can work with proximity and hair flying about is a mystery

luckily i don't visit hairdresser myself then

and some hairdresser think of wearing face masks (just not all of them)

and paying goes with a plastic screen (and never paper cash but via card) inbetween of customer and hairdresser because most transmission goes in direct contact from the frontside

and the social distancing rule more counts for 1.5 metres between each customer

not for the hairdresser who does your hair, of course not LOL

like i stated about the paying part, with plastic screen (which also is in supermarkets here at cash registers)
