this has been explained before, if a test is unclear or contaminated the person is retested. If a person is tested 10 times over a month of checks, it's 10 tests of course

You seem to want to find issues even when none exist, which is certainly not the way i would choose to stay mentally healthy

Seemingly not hense the section saying “diagnostic tests which involve taking saliva and nasal samples from the same patient are being counted as two tests, not one”

So the suggestion is that apparently some people are having swabs taken from their mouths and also throats but they are counted as TWO tests in the data

That’s a worry ...

Well that’s unfair .. I’ve said many times that I have no political affiliations and have no time for politics nor politicians.

I had been rather impressed with the government’s performance for the first couple of months but this last few weeks it seems as though the wheels are coming off ... and that’s a worry as we enter this all important phase ..

That's not true though. They originally said it was about people being tested, and now taking a saliva and a nasal test from the same person during the same test is classed as 2 tests. I know you don't like any of the parties but will continually attack one and continually make excuses for the other, but c'mon bots, even you must be able to see the slight of hand taking place here?

Counting the separate parts of the same test, as two separate tests is intellectually dishonest and they’ll carry on doing it for as long as people let them

Thas been well known for a long time that retests are in with the daily figures, I agree it's not right and doesn't give an accurate picture of those initially identified and tested daily.

No that's not true the mouth is the throat swab and then you put the same swab in the nose, that would not be classed as two tests.
