i have sore throat too, my nose very much filled up, also having a beeping sound in my ears (something what runs in family, my mom has that too sometimes) but i tend i have that a lot when i got a cold, probably because my nose is too filled up unable to breathe through properly

it really is that time of year, ideal for regular colds too, especially now with warm during the day, and really cold in evenings, nights

Thanks Ammi, I feel OK just a bit of a chill ... bots, you watch your temperature, you might have to isolate for a week . In fact I'd ring 119 and get a test if I were you.

I do find it suspicious that now these announcements have been made we all have something new to talk about when it comes to government....onky days ago we were talking about the illegal move with the brexit shizz.

Tactical moves Boris?

I think you just have to look across europe to see that it really doesn't matter what people do, they are going to catch covid in ever increasing numbers. The only sure protection is complete isolation.

The 50k number used by the experts earlier in the week, it was designed to shock people into action, but it bears no relation to probable reality. They used Spain and France for other examples and their infection rate is nothing like 50k. The infection rate may get to 10k a day, but 50k is extremely doubtful.

However, having floated that 50k figure, the government can basically say their measures are effective cause look, we didn't go above 10k .... i hate being manipulated, and this is manipulation 101

They dont ever seem to want to admit they have failed

Also the biggest U turn of all

Obey the rules now or face a second lockdown

I thought they told us there wouldnt be a second lockdown.....I said a couple of times on here I think there will be....and some members on here believed boris and co and were adament that there wouldnt be a second lockdown.

Also the vaccine when it comes into play, will be priortised for the elderly and vunerable....you really think thats going to happen?!!!

It will be titanic all over again the top class will be given priority while the lower classes of us that actually work in the real world manually will be left waiting in a sinking ship. And the elderly and vunerable will be told to keep quiet.

The Army
are to be used at Nuclear Power Plants
so the Police that work as Guards,
can then move to helping the main police.

The policy on vaccination will be like our economics ... trickle down.

i think he already told Boris to do it and was ignored. I can see it from a couple of different angles ... don't put all your eggs in 1 basket and leave somewhere to go in a week with regard to "expected" restrictions .. or go all in ... Nicky chose all in ... Personally, i think the restriction should have been applied as it is known to be one of the biggest contributors .... however, people will ignore it ... and how do you enforce it ... it can get ugly very quickly. Would you allow the police in to your house to check if you are entertaining 10 families? I wouldn't ... also the police could use it as an excuse to do a drug bust or search for stolen goods etc .... it's a minefield

I find that very unlikely; they're too lazy. They'll just use their existing annual flu vax list and give it to everyone on that first.

Of course, the majority of the wealthy elite are over 65 so they'll be on that list anyway. I doubt they'll take it first, though. They'll want it tested on the wrinkly proles.

Dido Harding has already said the daily moonshot testing won't be available on the NHS, which will automatically allow people with means to live a fully normal life whilst denying it to folks that are probably more in need of it to put food on their tables and a roof over their heads.
