Except the problem with the police is systematic and the reason why brutality is so ingrained is because too many 'good cops' allow the 'bad cops' to do what they do without accountability. You can't highlight good cops when the problem is widespread because of the inaction of said 'good cops'.

I disagree, because it dismisses the primary issue at hand in order to push the false equivalence of the point he made.

The present riots and violence is the culmination of riots and violence on an unprecedented scale against a specific community going back centuries. That doesn't mean that the 25 year old police officer needs to feel as though he was steering the slaves ships himself. The good police officers should be equally outraged, but evidence of this on the scale we should be seeing isn't there.

When Thatcher attacked the city of Liverpool, the same thing happened there too. It's not quite as simple as saying "you guys need to be more civilised", because that ignores a few factors, such as how groups and crowds react together and the sheer frustration how this situation evolved to begin with.

Explain why you can minimize the 'bad cops' while amplifying the rioter aspect to smear the BLM cause?

A few bad applies is okay but a few rioters are enough to upend the cause and message? Explain.

look into the segregation, and jim Crow, and black wall street, and how black people were prevented from paying fair prices to buy housing; meaning they had no access to the kind of generational wealth and passing down assets and property that white Americans have never had to deal with, ultimately keeping people in desperate situations.
