This hasn't just started, it's been going on for aaaaages and yet has had hardly any coverage. Is it because the Chinese Communist Party is about as far Left as you can go? And only those who are on the Right are capable of genocide. People are offended by pictures of Hitler but Fine with pictures of Stalin. It's a strange phenomenon.

Sadly, it won't work. China's an economic power and the governments have been ignoring their abuses for years and nothing will change now. Even if it gets nominated for debate, nothing will happen. These people will suffer in silence because the governments around the world are happy to let it happen.

And nothing about that says anything about me blaming the man who made the petition. All I said is that it won't work.

China isn't a far left country. It's a bit of a hybrid taking authoritarianism from communism, whilst being capitalist.

I could point out that they're getting away with it because the victims are Muslims, and even Trump gave Xi his approval of his actions.

To be Fair
that was on the basis of the terror attacks they did.
I know as a Colleague, working in China in 2015
told me of some Evil terrorist attacks going on.

[On 29 November 15 people were killed and 14 injured in a Shache County attack. Eleven of the killed were Uyghur militants. On 18 September 2015 in Aksu, an unidentified group of knife-wielding terrorists attacked sleeping workers at a coalmine and killed 50 people.

Why did you bold the bit you did? Are you saying it's ok to hold groups of minorities in concentration camps?

No one loves terrorists, but it doesn't mean we go back to concentration/forced labour/sterilisation camps.
