Not being funny but the agency could do the same, they will need the go ahead from the Landlord to carry out repairs

Are you thinking about flat sharing?

Cause I think you might find that will take like forever if the future flat mates decide if its yes or no that is.

By the looks of it, it doesn’t matter how much I have in savings I need a job first, so that’s been my priority this week (along with sorting out importation documentation for my car)

Tell you what this flat hunting thing is an absolute ****ing nightmare

Property appears online I email same day to book a viewing, nobody gets back to me, I call no answer, I chase and somebody else has already agreed the let

On the positive side though I’ve got a second Zoom interview with a marketing firm his evening
