It really just did everything right IMO, even all these years later. The cast of housemates were all just so damn well selected (apart from that cringeworthy little freak Glyn who should have been evicted instead of Bonnie), the twists were HUGE, Aisleyne was fierce and the dynamic with Sezer was so watchable. Maybe it just came at the right time for me. I was in year 9 which was such a good year, some other good **** happen that year, so possibly it's so nostalgic because of this and even the sense of fashion of the mid 2000's was the best and it's in full effect in BB7. I also love that this was before the really goofy editing started being implemented, so no music montages or out of sequence events. It's all edited and presented completely matter of fact and thus, retains the reality of the house instead of removing that by adding music and ****.
I know it gets a lot of love but it's all deserved.
