So, what this means is this: 20th Century Fox Television is 20th Television. This isn't the first time that the Fox name hasn't been in use for stuff like this, the first time was actually for 20th Century Fox's former syndication production arm.

It's somewhat unsurprising that Disney want to distance themselves from Fox News/Murdoch... Especially given Disney's already-murky history with Right Wing Stuff.
