The Brave driver turned back
but then another landslip started
it all went so fast.

Its a shame as the amount of Flooding in Scotland
the night before was a massive warning.

So far 3 dead
including the driver

They need to Fly Drones
and check tracks before the trains start.

Ch4HDnews reported the Conductor also died

6 are in hospital not in a bad way, though.

So far 3 dead
including the driver
and one missing, they are saying.
That's even more sad to hear about the driver turning back.

ScotRail have no control

China's Covid-19
has changed the amount of workers that commute

Indeed... UserSince appears to have forgotten that (thankfully, in this case) many people are still working from home because of Covid. If that has been a normal pre-covid commuter train there would have been a lot more people on board.

Yes they were 'lucky' it was just outside main commuter time and at a period where trains are very quiet, RIP to the dead

...just awful...3 people leave their homes and families that day for what would seem a ‘normal day’ and they never return...it’s heartbreaking, I can’t imagine the worlds of their families right now....just so, so tragic.....

not everyone can work from home though

someone responsible here i suggest take a look at maintenance records of this specific train, maintenance crew for those train-rails too, or look at weather stats like if the track was damaged due to a recent storm what occured before this incident
