ALL of the main male actors, apart from Frasier himself, were gay!!

The whole point of the show is that they are not gay, but because they fail to conform to male gender role stereotypes and interests, people assume they are effeminate/gay. Sounds like retconning from people who want it to be the case, tbh. "I never said Hermione WASN'T black", etc.
