It's the creators of the Arkham series followup, it's set in the world of the Arkham games (unlike Gotham Knights) and according to IGN, it'll play like the Arkham games but with gunplay, multiple playable characters that can be switched at will and the whole game can be played solo or with friends.

Even when Rocksteady aren't on their game (Arkham Knight) they still are consistently excellent by normal standards so I think this will be one to watch.

I personally thought Arkham Knight played great - the storyline was a bit all over the place (I think because of trying to do too much/fit in too many plotlines). So on the gameplay front at the very least it SHOULD be something to look forward to.

Could be either an Injustice version of the JL from a parallel world... Or maybe some version of the bizarro JL? He didn't look all messed up like the usual bizarre depictions but they could just be making it that they don't look physically different to their doppelgangers in this version.
