There was a leak a few months back of two collections, one that had X, Omega Ruby & Sun and another that had Y, Alpha Sapphire and Moon, I believe. We might be in for multiple collections.

I'm hoping if this is true, we'll get the remakes of the first three games instead of the originals.

I'd love if they re-released the old games like gen 1-4 but added modern game mechanics into them, like the exp.share and TMs being used more than once etc

Well you might get your wish with Gen 4 at least, since that's due a remake. I know a Sinnoh remake and Let's Go, Johto have been rumoured for ages.
