I always dismissed things like this, and this obviously seems far stretched, but over recent years, governments have definitely begun to start laying the groundwork for more information to come out. I think the US described a UFO as being "not of this world" recently, and they've been leaking military and UFO interactions on those video sites such as the tic-tac meeting.
