There's a small but fairly clear beginning of a trend upwards in both of those graphs...

week on week the numbers in hospital are going down at the moment which will eventually have an effect on the death rate.

I think the numbers are going to fluctuate constantly, but i don't think we can really take anything from them yet. Lets see what happens when the schools go back

and for Germany, we no longer are a high risk zone as of today



numbers of august 6th 2021

2.951 new cases, average of last 7 days 2.675 positive tests

679 total hospitalisations, it is still increasing but minor increases now below 10 new at least (6 new)

206 total on ICU/ventilators, also increasing very minorly below 10 (7 more, 24 new)

66 new patients on nursing wards, decrease of 7 compared to day before (73)

and Netherlands have today sent 75.000 doses of AstraZeneca vaccine to Namibia
