COVID-19: Testing suspended at Wolverhampton laboratory
after estimated 43,000 people given wrong results

Terrible Lab.
Telling folks they do not have Covid
but infact, they could have Covid-19

I heard a guy last week saying he had tested positive 3 times on a lateral flow but his PCR was negative, I guess his test when here.

Default Coronavirus Outbreak

Everything was looking so rosy ( aside from new infections) but tomorrow many Gtr Manchester High schools are reintroducing Covid measures.. Masks everywhere apart from in classes ( desks facing forwards ) and outside. Canteens / Libraries closed , no trips, twice weekly lateral flow tests (even though they’re practically useless) , cleaning desks after every lesson etc

That video piece is factually incorrect all over the place. Shocking.

Kids dont need a second dose because their immune response is already high, this was pointed out by the vaccine regulatory authority.

All it takes is a new strain to come along ... wrong. New strains appear all the time. They are only a concern if the vaccines don't offer protection and so far over the last year, that hasn't been the case

[Pop band Genesis have postponed the final four UK dates
of its reunion tour "due to positive
Covid-19 tests within the band".

The group said they would reschedule
They did not say who had tested positive for coronavirus.
The Last Domino? tour started in September after
being postponed by almost a year
because of the pandemic.]

this was the rate of infection just before we removed all restrictions, so why the exclamation? The number of deaths has stayed fairly low, no exponential rise as we opened up so clearly the person quoting 100 per day would have the country bankrupt which would have been a much worse outcome

The exclamation was because it’s THREE times higher than the corresponding day 12 months ago .

The well respected microbiologist quoted that figure of 100 daily infections as being the generally accepted number before ALL restrictions should be lifted - by fellow scientists across the world

TO make a reasonable comparison we would need to know what number of tests were carried out last year compared to this...with the advent of lateral testing it’s bound to be higher
