Stats looking promising although we should wait another 10 days or so to see what effect the new variant has on things

Isn’t is something like 132 cases that number won’t change the stats much in the next few weeks I would have thought, unless numbers ramp up dramatically

omicron is supposed to be about 1.4 more infectious than delta, but, i sound like a broken record, if no-one gets ill from it, who cares. It's like tracking how many people have a cold in the uk, omicron is not life threatening

Exactly...also they seem to be taking much longer than they did with delta as to whether it evades the vaccine or not...

A little lad endured unbearable torture hidden in part by lockdown

Over 75s health checks have been halted so GPs can give the booster which apparently will be of no use ....how do you explain that

Sorry but I am done now... we have to live with this......it’s bloody ridiculous at this stage ...

Sky News reporting that hospital staff are in uproar as 90% of all the Covid patients needing intensive care are NOT vaccinated.

Apparently 30% of all hospitalisations are Covid cases .
