They say 336 Omicron in the UK
which is mild if you are young.

But Old Folks could go to a Packed Hospital
with this Botswana Variation of Covid

The Newspapers need to fearmonger Omicron for likes/views/ money

Its all; about the spread but you wont find any info on how mild it is

How the Virus mutates to be more transmissible but less deadly

We want Omicron to be the dominant mutation as the one which succeeds it will have to be even more transmissible and even milder

the only danger that i can see is that the side effects although seemingly mild they are largely unknown. For example what would happen if it made you sterile. If it infects the majority of the population, that would be a wee surprise. An extreme example maybe, but if a virus with unknown effects is allowed to rampage through the population unchecked we may be allowing a problem down the line

they haven't said that at all, in SA it was observed at first in the young, it is spreading fast now so I doubt it is still just young people getting it.

and they have not mentioned how it is affecting older people so I am keeping it real, it is you who are speculating about people maybe going into packed hospitals when numbers have been dropping
