Yes its very sad but when we heard the hospital had called his family in that it was probably going to happen . He packed a lot in to his last year . Deepest condolences to his family .

Sad news....achieved a lot in his life from fighting for our freedom in the world war to raising millions for the NHS during this covid war.... RiP

Such sad news but I did think last night when his friends and family were with him that there wasn't much for him. He did a fantastic thing raising so much for the NHS and was a shining light when we were in the dark

...Sir Tom Moore......such a life and a man to be celebrated...to live to his 100th year and achieve so much for others in that final year alone...and then to receive his own knighthood...and his end of life weeks to be spent with his loved family on a trip that will mean so much to them...such a wonderful last chapter to his incredible life story....a beautiful soul......

Bless him, very sad for him and his family. He did a lot of wonderful things in his final year though. Inspired many and raised almost £40 million.
