How far will you have to walk Sticks?

Good on you for doing it, I'm too lazy to even try it - it's 3 miles to my work!

I'll be walking to work tomorrow as well, Sticks (just over a mile).

But only because OH is away on business overnight so I won't get a lift!

Actually I walked to work this morning.

I don't live that far from work, so I walk in most of the time. Coming back home is another matter as you have to go up a steepish hill

I walked 4.5 miles on Monday night to meet OH at the end of a race. (He has arranged a series of races this week, one every night. The man is obsessed)

I was hot bothered and ker-nak-ered.

I walked about 3 miles yesterday, and I am shortly about to do it again. I have also mowed the grass this morning.

Will that do Sticks?

I've done my bit today Sticks.

Car gone in for MOT so had to catch bus which involves 10 minute walk.

Walked to bus stop and then realised I had left my bag at home with money, keys etc in it - so unless I wanted to walk to work (which is up a steep hill) I had to walk back home.

This I did, getting spare set of keys from my neighbour and then back to bus stop.

Luckily I left plenty of time cos wasnt sure of the buses.

So today I have had:

1. 10 minute walk to bus stop
2. 10 minute walk home
3. 10 minute walk back to bus stop
4. 5 minute walk from bus stop to work.

Plus this evening I will repeat steps 4 and 3 again.

WILL THAT BE SUFFICIENT STICKS.

Bad backs are nasty things as I know from experience.

Thanks for all the good wishes re: my back folks!!

I absolutely hate gardening, but I thought it would be good therapy.......shows how much I know!!

It's lower back, and it really hurts, but hopefully it will feel a bit better tomorrow.

Old age and poverty as my dear mum used to say.

Thanks for the picture Sticks, I'll spare you one of me, as we don't want to frighten the children........

I'm afraid the 40 mile round trip up and down the M6 is just TOO much for me to walk.

I would never ever get to do any work !!!

Now there's a thought...Hmmmmmmm

Well I couldn't walk to work today as I was working from home. I did walk to and from my Slimming class this evening though, not that it did me any good cos I put on 2 lbs this week so I'm sulking.
