Racists jumping to the defense of a racist.
Taking down a statue of a racist film star is not scrubbing history, it's just taking down a statue. It's funny how people in this thread in particular are so keen on 'protecting' history but when it comes to the Empire or Winston Churchill, they are quick to try to scrub any unsavoury facts from existence. If you're gonna use the history card, at least be consistent. |
