I'm sure they could have payed their respects at home,What about the safety of other people when these masses gather ? So you think the police should of stood there and do nothing, and I am sure they would not have needed to be "shoved" around as you call it if it had all been peaceful ,you dont know what the police had to deal with, the protesters should not have gathered like that while we have this virus still rife, afterall people have pilloried celebrities etc that have broke lockdown rules.

As I already said yes they really shouldn't have been there but they were so what was done was done in that regards. What the police should have done is not escalate things, which as today shows they absolutely did. There are plenty of videos online from last night if you want to go and actually see for yourself how the police terribly handled it.

The locals were given thier moment to peacefully grieve, and reflect. They did, unfortunately outsiders didnt when the police requested everyone move on.

It's that simple.

I absolutely hate it when people diss the police ... I’m sure there’s a few wrong ‘uns but you get that in every occupation.

I dread to think where we’d all be without them ..

Apparently Sarahs parents did not want this ,looks like some just wanting some attention and 15 mins of fame ,the odd few always spoil it for others but bottom line they were all breaking the law and putting others in danger.

This Lady is Patsy Sevenson 5ft2, Aged 27

She Stupidly said on ITV1HD London news
"I was just standing there"

But the police had asked HER
to go home

She gave all her details to ITN
