I heard some woman the other day on a phone in saying she didnt realise what would be involved and all the help they would need and that she regretted doing it, I think alot when into it with rose tints but having strangers in your home long term particularly when you dont share the same language could very quickly become problematic

Traumatised strangers who have just had to abandon their homes, too. A lot of them probably have incoming PTSD… will have left behind family… friends… may never see many of them again etc.

It won’t be as simple as some will have been expecting.
