in 'road rage murder' in M&S car park

The victim was named locally by friends
today as scaffolding boss and moped
enthusiast Matthew 'Tik' Tester
Police were called to an M&S car park
on Church Street in Walton-on-Thames,
Surrey, on Thursday afternoon
It was reported that a BMW driver slammed
his car into two men following a
disagreement outside foodhall

Mr Tester was declared dead while
the other injured man was airlifted to
hospital, but is expected to recover
The BMW owner has been arrested
on suspicion of murder and attempted
murder and remains in custody
