Nope, we have a lovely view out the back of our house that we wouldn’t have if we lived across the road

Yes actually thinking about it - lovely view of the hills, no houses behind (a big school field instead) and quieter neighbours both sides.

The people across the road are semi-retired and the guy was/is the owner of a building company, and their house has had a tonne of improvements and extensions so it would be pretty great
