At this point I'm convinced Toby and Chloe are going to win - which is an utterly bizarre twist . Toby objectively has been awful at times but the difference is, I genuinely believe that Toby came into it utterly clueless (I believe him when he says he's never had a proper girlfriend) and has been slowly learning... I think Hugo got it spot on with the "Bull in a china shop" metaphor... whereas Tyler, Liam... and let's face it Jake if he wasn't desperately trying to win... know exactly what they're doing.

There's more script in Love Island then there is in Wrestling.

I'd say it's over 90% scripted.

And if there really was a pandemic, then the show wouldn't be able to go ahead.

I dont get that with Tyler...more so with Liam.
Kaz has really shown another side. I quite liked her a first apart from the squealing. She deserved all she got from Matt because she has clearly just used him...and Im glad he responded to it all the way he did because she didnt deserve another minute of his time.

Why would it not? They are following strict isolation and testing rules. I's a Celeb took place last year, plus other reality shows so why would Love Island not be allowed if they follow all Covid protocols?

I don't know why putting a load of different people from all corners of the country together in a villa to hug, kiss and sleep with each other would be a problem. But what is a problem is non celebrity people attending their chemotherapy treatment or non celebrity people attending their families funerals, thankfully those things can be stopped,

I actually see Toby and Chloe being a popular couple now. I think Toby sees a lot of the 'fun' element in Chloe and that shes a bit of a Tomboy which makes their relationship quite refreshing especially as they clearly fancy each other too.
Lets hope Toby has finally settled...

You could say the same for all sportsmen and women, all TV shows etc etc.

I understand what you mean but we would have to cancel everything really.

I have lost a loved one recently and the funeral was awful as so many people couldn't be there so I do understand how frustrating it is but blaming the production companies is not going to help if they are following the rules. Just like everyone who has continued to work through it.

Yes I voted for them both

Kaz is awful now, so self obsorbed. Never been a fan of Jake and Liberty (moreso Jake’s side), and Liam and Millie are barely a couple. Faye is awful and ruins it for Teddy.

They're rubbing it in our faces.

If the general public are restricted from things, then it should also count for those millionaires too.

This isn't essential work.

The TV stations have a catalogue of programmes in video that they could show, they shouldn't be making new programmes during an apparant pandemic. Especially when people are being restricted from life saving medical treatments. It doesn't make sense.

it is sort of essential, since it makes people staying at home rather than going outdoors and party

so basically having new programmes on is good for people mentally

But those people making the programmes are breaking the restrictions that have been put on us riff-raff. It's rules for thee but not for me.

It's either a pandemic that effects us all or it's not? Which one is it?

But they are not breaking the rules though. We can travel, we can mix, we can have casual sex if we want. They are actually far more strictly governed than we are. The islanders are all tested daily, they had to isolate before going into the villa etc etc. You could take a test, get on a plane to Spain and not isolate, stay with your mates in a villa and then come home. They are not doing anything we cannot do.

I agree with some of that, depends what country you're in though.

I won't be surprised to see Faye recoupling with Matt, they seem more suited than her and Teddy, gutted for Teddy though, she is literally a fishwife, I don't think that is his thing
