Default (One for the stoners.)

Do you mix your weed with tobacco or smoke it on its own?

I haven’t touched the stuff since my University days (12+ years ago, yes I’m that old) and was never a stoner, just social/recreational but in joints I only ever had it mixed with tobacco. Though on the few occasions we had a bong I have to admit I preferred that.

I don't smoke it any more but still have friends who do. Back when I smoked it was resin (squidgy Black was the nicest smoke) so we always used tobacco with it, unless doing pipe, bongs or buckets. When I went out to work in the States, I met some stoners there and went for a smoke....I was cabbaged after one spliff as they only used weed so it was far stronger than I was used to.

Haven't smoked it years though....last time was in Amsterdam about 6 years ago on a weekend away....discovered I now have very little tolerance for it

I went for the second option (weed’s perfectly smokeable on its own) but in practice I do add tobacco when I’m down to my last bit and need to add something to make it last. But I could just as easily do that with other herbs in place of baccie so it is what it is. I don’t think I’ve ever felt the need to add baccie to a joint for actual effects.

I think some of why I don’t use baccie is because I don’t smoke cigarettes anymore and I don’t see the need in having Amber Leaf on standby for the sake of weed. What I have to do when I do need to use baccie (when I’m down to my very last bit) is wire a cigarette from someone and having to crumble one into a joint just feels wrong so I don’t do it more than I have to.
