The bowl would have to be deep or you would have to put them in really slowly so the milk dont spill...nobody got time for that in the morning.

It works both ways, but I think cereal first works a little bit better to avoid excessive milk usage. Because you will run out of milk before you run out of cereal.

He probably sits with a bowl of milk, dipping individual rice krispies into it before sucking the milk off so he can eat the soggy krispie.
