Friday - Self explanatory
Saturday - Same as friday Tuesday - feel better from whatever I have got up to at weekend and kids have chilled somewhat as they can be little brats when they come back from Gavins as no rules really there. Monday - get kids back so am a bit hyper and childsh, moreso than usual. Not good if I am hungover though. Thursday - Not that bad as nearly friday Sunday - Usually dying day after Friday and Saturday. Maybe one sunday a month is ok as I refrain from fun stuff on the saturday to do a roast for the family on the sunday which is always fun as we are a group of weirdos even moreso when together. Sunday is probably 2nd fave for one a month.. Wednesday - **** this. Middle of everything.

That’s a good point about weekend TV to be fair (Sundays anyway). Saturday night is stereotypically a powerhouse for reality T.V. but in the absence of that, Come Dine with Me and Sunday-night Corrie (which hasn’t existed for a while) weekend TV is essentially a write-off. Unless you’re in touch with your childlike side enough to still get joy from Saturday morning cartoons.

I feel like that sweet spot between Wednesday evening and Sunday morning is the best time of the week (with Wednesday nights feeling more lit than Sunday evenings) so anything that doesn’t fall within that part of the week tends to be a drag for me. So I can’t really rate Sundays overall

Friday is wind-down time. Monday to Thursday are very much the same.
BUT Sunday is the most boring day of the week. Particularly Sunday afternoon/evening. Snoreville. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz...NOTHING happens. And everything is closed. |

Sunday. Always been the day I unwind
Saturday. Liked even more in football season. Friday, because the weekend is about here. Thursday, for the move to the end of the week. Monday, a fresh start to a week. Tuesday, usually find niggling things cross over from Monday. Wednesday, ugh, stuck in the middle of the week. Neither here nor there day for me. |

Personal updated ranking: Thursday > Friday > Saturday > Tuesday/Wednesday > Sunday > Monday.
Sundays up until 3 p.m-ish are fine (one of the most sacred parts of the week, even) but the more the day goes on the more boring and ‘Monday-dreaded’ it becomes. At that point Sundays and Mondays just kind of roll into one, even if for opposite reasons.

Mondays to Wednesdays, fair enough. Thursday’s nothing like the ungodly trio preceding it.
