Thumbs up Abrachan Blended Malt (Lidl)

£16 (Scotland)

Just finished a bottle of this and its terrific value and a great dram

WHo knows who really makes it , it will be one of the big Distilleries tho
Jura? Ledaig? Talisker? Highland Park? Ardmore? or a peated Speyside like Benriach or Benromach?

Bottled at 41% which is unusual. Taste: Big arrival! Lots of oak and dried fruits. Dark chocolate. Coffee. Water brings out some malty notes and some fruity apple comes through - keeps its colour (id say it is best with some water tbh)

Lidl sell great budget whisky and this is just another. If you want to get a whisky lover a wee prsent then this is ideal
