Default Housemates over hearing the crowd.

Another downfall of the interview. With Sissy only hearing half the story said ti Davina when she said who do you want see evicted next week said Tania. The housemates were listening at the window and heard this they can not decide if this was Sissy who said this or the crowd. Tania is well peed of with this at the moment and went to BB but s/he would not say anything to her.

BB sort it out !!!

Yeah, I',watching this as well and I think it is well out of order that the housemates have heard this.

BB needs to get its act together.

Maybe they should consider locking them in the bedroom after the eviction for awhile instead of letting them listen at the window x

Like I said, would you trust C4/Endemol to run a welk stall.

If I was a bloke I would nominate Tania as it seems she would be voted out.

The best strategy for the boys is to make sure they nominate 2 girls each.

This is an all male final with the great Federico as the supreme super champion with his army of YEF's

I don't have any puffees to kick

The thing is Sissy said it in the heat of the moment without knowing the facts. As i have said on a previous thread she was nominated because of the food thing and that was because of the conversation with Jon and Nush. As i said Nush walked away without a blemish.

Poor Tania she is only thinking of her family (and maybe herself a bit).

Thats not fair sticks i think they do a bang up job the majority of the time everyone slips up and if many of the other channels/production companies had to cope with a huge show such as big brother that was aired 24/7 then i don't think would cope too well either xxx

They do more than slip up occasionally

They play fast and loose

They take advantage

We suspect that there was some manipulation last year to try and influence the voting.

I agree with Sticks they've done a better job when the house first resembled a garden shed. It was a bad joke Tania hearing that, mind you, I'm sure they let her, it's all part of the manipulation this year and will generate a few thousand txt messages. Thing is though, they all need a kick up the a***e the place is so boring. Reckon Ray and Fed will be punching each soon as well that will be interesting.

So what happened to the crowd sounds (or the eerie music in BB2) that they play into the house to drown out the real crowd?

Bit of a foul-up by Big Brother that.

Yes, the housemates actually said that about the crowd noises as well. They reckoned that as they weren't played, Big Brother actually WANTED them to hear that!

Also what about that weird ambient music that they used to play into the house - where's that gone?

Like everyone else, I think it's bang out of order that the housemates heard what was going on. It seems odd that the producers let them hear that when they have designed the front doors to try and block out as much crowd sound as possible.

They didn't play music in the house during BB3 either, AND they could hear the crowd reaction far more because they didn't have the inner doors.

There's a simple answer . . . . . if the housemates don't want to hear what the crowds are saying, then they shouldn't stand with their ears pressed up against the patio doors!

But if the temptarion is there then they will take it! Wouldn't you, if you had no idea what was going on in the outside world?

Quite right. Ch4 want them to hear and see them get worried and hopefully get some viewer watchable reactions for them to edit according to the story line that CH4 want's to persue. Sticks is right in his assesment of CH4. Wake up folk and smell the coffee.

They used to pin there ears to the glass in bb2 as well, but it was bb's responsibility to make sure they never heard anything by blasting that music into the house. Being only human they want to know what's going on outside, I would!. They wanted them to know, to generate some controversial excitment which they got for about 20 min's. Trouble is there too intelligent this year or too toeing the bb line, and talked them selves out of taking it any further. There'll be know one threatening to walk out this year due to incompatence or starvation.
